J. Terry Kennedy, J.D., focuses his legal practice in the areas of real estate and small business law. He graduated from Andrews University in 1976 with a B.A. degree, and graduated from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1979 with a J.D. degree. Terry has practiced real property law for over twenty years and frequently serves as a lecturer in continuing education for real estate professionals. He is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Ohio Land Title Association and the Southwest Ohio Land Title Association.

Sherri Murphy Kennedy, J.D., focuses her legal practice in the areas of real property and estate planning.  She graduated from Ohio University in 1976 with a B.A. degree and graduated from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1979 with a J.D. degree.  She is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky.  Sherri lectures for community and professional audiences on topics of estate planning and real property. She is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Ohio Land Title Association and the Southwest Ohio Land Title Association.

Justin Beard, J.D., is an Associate Member of Kennedy & Kennedy Co., LPA. Justin practices in the areas of Real Estate Law and Small Business Law. He graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, and from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2005 with a Juris Doctorate. Justin has been involved the title insurance business since 1993. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Ohio Land Title Association, the Southwest Ohio Land Title Association, and the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy.
